EX35 Lowering springs

I recently purchased an 08 Infiniti EX35 and was considering lowering it using H&R Springs. I used H&R sport springs in the past on a 02 Passat paired with Bilstein sport shocks as the factory shocks didn't operate at the lower height making the ride extremely bouncy. My question is, are users also replacing their struts on the EX35, or are the factory struts working properly with the lowering springs? Thanks in advance...
