EX35 Groaning Noise !!!

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Have any of you EX35 2008-2009 owners experienecd a groaning noise from the engine and if you have do you know what it is ?

Yes -- 2010 EX35 with 200 miles on it -- got it new last wk.....really annoying, two kids in the car today asking me what "that noise" is. Seems to happen on acceleration in 2/3 gear or up inclines. Something tells me they wont be able to fix it and I'll be trading it in.
