EX35 2008 12v power jacks stopped working

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Recently in my Infiniti EX35 2008 12v power jacks stopped working . Both front and in the glove box. What could happen?

Fuses are OK, just checked!

Help, I cannot charge my phone!

Have you ruled out the charging plug that you are putting into the socket? Does that work in other cars?

yes it works in my other car, in the mini van.

I would definitely test the negative and positive from your power jack with Car Electric Voltage Probe Tester. Could lost the negative contact.
