whats up ka-t owners. im just lookin for some advice in boosting the ka. ive ran sr20s on stock blocks with 15-20 psi with gt2860's and stock fuel with a afc neo on a killer tune by me for the last 3-5 years..i will be running 8psi since i dont have a boost controller.anyways heres my questions.

1.i have a sr t25 .is it safe to run no coolent lines to it?2. how much psi can i push to the ka safely with out exploding?3.were would i mount the wideband oxygen sensor on the exhuast for best readout?4. is a fuel pressure regulator required? and if so were should i put the pressure to?5. if any body has a vacume diagram for a ka-t, i forget how to run em since its been awhile.6. i forget the rest of my questions ..

anyways heres the list of parts that i have accumilated, just waiting on warmer weather

1. It would be best to run the coolant lines, but it'll be fine if you don't.

2. To be "safe" keep boost below 10-11psi on a stock bottom end. This is assuming the engine is in good condition and you have a proper tune.

3. On the downpipe, before the cat. Try to leave some space between the turbo flange and the sensor so it doesn't get too hot. (AEM recommends 36 in.)

4. You don't need an aftermarket FPR if the stock one works fine. (34-36 psi w/vac, 43-45 psi w/o vac)

5. The vacuum diagrams are in the FSM; download it.
