Equipping EX35 in Canada is really pretty simple. You only have one model that you can get, and I'd say, since you're leasing it, you should get Journey package, and probably nothing else. I really thought over twice even for that package, but bluetooth phone was too nice of a feature to not have, and not having something so basic as dimming mirror would be kind of inexcusable, so I decided to get it. Maple wood trim that you get with it looks really nice too, and I say that as someone who doesn't even like wood trims. It looks really good and not the least bit gaudy on this car.
To get anything else, be it Navigation or Technology package, they force you to get Premium package as well, which alone costs $4,100, so I don't think it makes too much sense to get them if you're not buying the car. As for the price, I got them to lower the price I think for about $2500-3000 below MSRP, which would put it some $2000 above the invoice price. So they made nice profit there, but they were willing to deal, as I don't think the $1500 rebate was there when I was getting the car.
