That thread got 620 views in the first two hours it was put on NASIOC. Not to mention that it was started today. Lets see Noodles do that! I hear this thread is all over the car forums. The Corvette guys and the Club SI guys are really getting into it. Shall the Nissan guys join in?

that guy is screwed. i think they're right, if this gets national, there are two big possibilities:

1) No dealership ever does this again, and none try to rip people off on ebay. (i'm sure this isn't the first time it's happened.)

2) Ebay doesn't let dealers sell on Ebay.

I hope he gets that dealership's account terminated. But, if an EVO would sell for 6,000 more to someone else it's probably not worth 6k to go to court. Legal fees would be high and the chances of winning aren't 100%.

This guy got screwed and everyone is calling the dealer out. The dealership has been inundated with calls about the unethical business practice.

from what i read he got the evo for the price sold for on ebay.

"Mark Mitsubishi faxed a unsigned Vehicle Buyers Order to me yesterday. The VBO specifically lists Stock No. S3451 and VIN# JA3AH86F73U121255 (the ebay car).

The finance manager informed me that he had received ~1400 emails over 1 day (if I understood him correctly).
