EverythingG35.com order gone wrong

Before this thread starts to seem like a everythingg35 bash i would like to say that the site is great and i have ordered form there many times and the service and shipping is great and so are the parts. the only thing is i ordered a 3 pairs of Piaa Extreme white bulbs 168 from them and they really butchered the order. First they gave me super whites which just look like normal white ones, the extreme ones have a slight tinge of blue in them and second they only gave me 1 bulb for each order.... the site says 3 x PIAA Extreme White 168 Wedge Bulb (pair). so in the mail i got 3 Super white bulbs just 3 lol. I ordered them for my clear corners, light strip and license plate all which require pairs of bulbs

the reason that i am posting it up on nico is because i see the owner of Everythingg35.com comes on the site to check the post and i'm hoping he'll see this and help me out. I dont know if they are just come with one bulb or the store ran out of extreme ones so just throwing this out for the heck of it. If anyone else had this problem pls help >< lol thanks

Maybe you should just take care of this with a phone call.

Agreed...and ask for Joe. Sounds like a serious picking error.

Not really a biggie, just an unfortunate circumstance.

My packing error was much worse than yours. I fixed it all with a phone call. They were professional as usual in fixing the error. I think they would appreciate the opportunity to do the same for you.

I had a similar experience. Once I spoke with Joe on the phone everything was straightened out. Very nice guy and easy to work with.

yep i sent the lights back today and they are sending me new ones, only down fall is that they are all out of the lights >< and i have to wait until more come in owel
