i wonder if replacing alot of the bracing with titanium that would fix some of the weight issues.. i have a customer who works as an aircraft mechanic who has access to scrap peices of titanium that i am sure could possibly be used for bracing... but being new to having this vert and a 240 i am unsure... what would u guys say to that? would that work?

welding titanium is a pain. worse than aluminum. But yes, you could theoritcally cut some of the chassis bracing out and replace it with titanium bits.

hey guys i just found out about this syte and its a lifesaver! i picked up my 92 vert for 500$ and it need some hella work if you find that supplement on pdf plz email it to me i really could use it! ~jaymz~
Is their general shape different than that of the standard s13, with just the additions that are shown here? or is the shape completely different?
In other words, I need to buy a new door for my car, and was wondering if the standard s13 240 door would fit on my vert (minus of course the columns, which can be modded)
a lot of the weight comes from the pump and the cables and bracing for the top. If you take out the top components and pump the vert weighs in at less then a coupe or hatch.
