Visited a Nissan/BMW garage a few weeks ago, really nice/fast cars and they all had one thing in common. They ran VEMS EMS´s, easy to tune according to them and felt like good quality.

Ever heard of it? Good? http://shop.vems.hu/catalog/pr...d02d9

I need to order and install an EMS to a buddy and this might be the best option.

Never heard of it. I'd be interested to know how user friendly it is to install and tune...

one of the tech team that developed VEMS is a good friend of mine. he's had some excellent results on 4age hachis and is building an SR for himself which will use VEMS. I've had a quick look at the softwarer and it looks really user friendly. The VEMS concept took a megasquirt type product then made it SO much better

http://www.angel-works.co.uk/articles/sr20det.php you can see how much effort is going into the engine to make it perfect, the ECU is not a compromise.

there are a couple of CA's in the UK using it now

According to the guys in the garage, easy as hell. I downloaded the software at Vems site and looked into it yesterday, very nice and simple.

Danny, nice to hear. The price is beautiful as well.I´ll buy it and give it a try, not my money.
