they are expensive, but that 7k is counting the front clip, removal and install, intercooler, piping and flanging, blow off, z32 fuel pump. most people don't do this all at the same time. it would be around 4500 without the extra goodies. I don't work for them, but I am planning a swap also and found out all the info already. all that's gonna cost more than I paid for my car! But if you find another place with as good a rep for less, let me know.

AJ-SPEC I have alot of homeboys thats go to CTC faithfully....they all have supras and they always have given me good word from CTC but i belive that 7.000 is just a bit pricy...if i paid that much for a swap i better be very very happy with the results....but AJ-SPEC im gonna check out Cartune TX i know the guys personally....and i will check it out and let you know if they are up to par....but what do you all think of me getting the RB25 swap.....cartune also has built JUN motors available....and oh yeah the owner of CArtune has an GS300/Aristo...with the Aristo 2JZ with a single T88....pretty damn nice

I have heard of them, the guy from boost factor was supposed to work there or something, but I'm unsure about the quality of their work. yeah, 7k is a lot though. but I don't have the money to keep fixing a ****ty install. I'm not sure, thought about driving to Iowa and having Daunttless install it...

wont you get like 260-280 the the ground with that install from CTC? Dont forget it covers stuff like wiring too right? If you dont think thats a good value you should see how much i have spent on my SR already...

true, you should be around 250whp when they install it. that's because you will have 3" turbo back, and the front mount/intercooler piping helps. I've seen a few of their swaps, and they are clean. this does cover custom power steering and a/c lines. It's a grip of doe, but you get what you pay for. boostfactor was never known for quality...

J-SPEC TUNER...what are u planing for your SR swap....if you are leaving the stock internals and not adding cam....etc.....u should step up to a s-14 blk top with the vvt (variable valve timing) usually over here the engine can be bout for a few more hundred dollars.

My s13 SR20 will make more HP than the s14 SR20 for about the same amount of money. The VVT gets in the way when you do a turbo upgrade and the highport heads on the S13 are better also. I alreay have a full exaust (including turbo manifold, downpipe, high flow cat, and cat-back exaust), a S15 T28 BB turbo, and i am waiting to buy a Intercooler, Greddy profect B boost controller, 550cc injectors and Apexi SAFC for when i get back from college. Im guessing this set up should get me anywhere from 250-295 at the wheels depending on how well i can tune it. Alot of my mods wont give me any horsepower (engine mounts, KOYO radiatior, electric fans, etc), but i like to keep a engine running safely

J-SPEC TUNER the reason i siad that was i was not aware of what u were planing with ur motor...if you are upgrading your turbo and internals as i said befoer than the s-14 motor would no matter......thats nice set up that you are going with...but my question is how much?

ehhh, i just saw some dyno graphs of of a s13 SR putting down over 500hp on stock internals (pistons, rods, and crank) so im not worried there as i dont plan on going past 300 rwhp (autocross = need for quick boost = small turbo). I have to bust out my calculator to figure out how much i have spent on my motor, ill post in a little bit.

ok it will end up costing me 7500-8000(depends on what intercooler i go with) installed by myself IF nothing goes wrong (the price is also kind of high because i treated myself to a motor from heavythrottle, for the guarentees and service)
