Ever have to tell someone they can't ride in the Z?

I got to that point today. I carpool with a guy to work (we're military, and he drives one day and I'll drive the other day) and he gets into my car with his boots and scrapes them against the interior trim panels... when it rains outside I tell him to avoid puddles as best he can to avoid getting his boots muddy and wet and he doesn't (thank GOD I'm anal and bought these massively thick and wide floor mats) and he bites his fingernails and just throws the clippings down in my car.

I reached a boiling point today and after we got back to our apartment building today I told him he's banned from the car... no more rides in the Z. He was shocked and said he thought I was kidding when I was telling him all that stuff... I wanted to punch him in the freaking face, haha I was so pissed off

So you guys ever have to do it? Got any stories?

Not quite sure what you mean by that, but I can drive myself in it to work with no problems. I just hate the fact that this guy didn't respect my car when I asked him to and almost seemed like he was going out of his way to disrespect me and the car

just be straight up and tell him stop with the disrespect.. if he's your friend he'll respect you... if he's not he won't be riding with you anymore... either way you win.

you did the right thing, it's a freakin Z. You have, no you must treat it with respect

If I was him I would buy you some weather proof floormats to say I'm sorry

... I open my car doors for girls, not because I'm a gentleman it's because I want to make sure they don't scratch my car

Dude....my GF puts her feet up on my dash all the time! Everytime she does it...I just punch her in the boob, but I think I might have to dish out a banning soon enough.
