I am listening to "War Ensemble" by "Slayer" and I can still hear that crap playing. It's horrid.

That sucks though man, I had some lady gaga bs stuck in my head forever. the only thing to do is get another song stuck in your head. Try "Attack" by SOAD. chorus is repetitive, so it might just stick. (this is assuming you like the genre, I just guessed from your slayer reference.)
