After some heated posts on another forum (IA) I get the usual negative rep/s from one of the members there who also happens to be a mod. Well I got tired of his "I'm so awsome and wise" attitude so I did some snooping and found his ISP email address, he's now signed up for dozens of gay p0rn email newsletters and notifications

Well he must have got really butt hurt about that one, maybe his wife saw the emails or something, idk. I log in later and find this on my UserCP for that forum, got so upset he gave me a infraction..... funny thing is infractions mean nothing unless you specify a temp/perma ban.

I just got done signing him up for dozens of p0rn related forums, gayporn, gayforum, gayteens, swingersclub (I hope his wife see's that one cause his status is listed as unhappily married and looking).

I wonder what his wife will think when she see's his inbox listing 20 different p0rn forums telling him to confirm his email address to complete his registration process

Whats the use??? After all there are such things as spam filters. And if he has Gmail forget about it because I have RARELY and I can't stress RARELY enough I get spam. And if someone tries to piss me off on the internet I press the power button on my monitor or close the lid on my laptop.

Let's get something straight here, a "moderator" is a user group designed to be part of the forum staff to keep good order and discipline on the forum. Moderator permissions are not ment to be abused in a manner to harass members of the forum. You are a moderator, wouldn't you agree?

I can tell you that the moderators I have as part of my forum staff on SOUSA do not abuse their permissions, and if they did they would get the boot in a heart beat because I wouldn't want their ill-actions to misrepresent my staff or community.

This "toolbag" didn't piss me off, rather annoyed me on the fact that some how he managed to work his way into a moderator position and seems to think it's ok to harass members of the forum and abuse his permissions.

I don't need think skin buddy, I did 9 years in the Marines, my skin is thicker then a tree stump. If someone is going to be a ***hole or harass me I'm not going to lay out the red carpet for them, I'm going to rain on their parade.

That was not a prank, a prank would be funny ha ha played a joke on you. What I did was no joke, it was intentional in it's method. How is the karma going to get me? What is he going to do? Ban me from that site? I don't care because I have no plans to ever move back to that state.

Everyone has their own sense of humor and concept of wrong and right, to each his own. Just because some idiot opens his mouth doesn't exclude the options of exposure to others, infact if you mouth off to someone and set out to harass them then whatever comes after that is a direct reaction of the fact. If he didn't want to piss people off he should have thought his actions through better before acting, proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance.
