Well since i have been attending a lot of events lately, im just gonna make one thread, then bump it when i got new stuff.

Love it. That car is gorgeous. How does the VH feel getting sideways?

Looks great! What hood is that? I'm looking for an aftermarket one that will clear the vh in my kouki s14.

the hood is an ebay hood, dont know i just searched kouki hood and found it lol.

As for how it felt, let me just say great. The car was very neutral through the corners and i had not a single problem with understeer the entire day 275 up front, as a matter of fact the car had incredibly awesome trailing throttle over steer. I would come into a corner and right at entry lift the gas and put it sideways no problem without even having to clutch kick. Whoever says this swap screws up the balance of the car has another thing coming lol

drifting + vh45 + q45 3.52 final = suck.my swapped car does not like to go sideways cuz the gearing is too tall...awesome gas mileage tho.what final do you have in your car jerry?

My final drive is 3.9x out of the j30

i figured that would be a better bet, better acceleration without insane loss of low revs.that was gonna be the next mod to the vh car, q45 diff in the j30 carrier.

For these vids i went down to a 275 and the car transitioned much much better, the vids are dark, but you can tell towards the end the side effect of the 275s was a d1 like smoke cloud lol..

Hell yeah! Looking good man. Glad to see it sideways like it's meant to be. Like you said, this swap is not bad for drifting at all. Big thumbs up.
