i have this controller, it is very easy to use.
hit the bottom button until you get to cyl selection, then turn the knob until you see an option that says NO, then hold the knob in until it flashes, turn the knob to the right until it says yes, then push in the knob agin, you have just reset your controller.
then make sure you turn the knob to psi and leave it on the first setting for wastegate type, which will be your next new reset setting, then the next is setting the PSI, if you know your wastegate pressure, then sweet, dial it in atleast 2psi over your wastegate setting or it will not control boost, you have now set your target boost to be 2psi higher than stock, then you can mess with the pis once fully set by holding in the knob until it flashes, then turn it until desired boost.
edit. the first psi setting that it asks you to change once you have reset it should be set for your wastegate pressure. then click the knob in and the next psi is your target boost, this MUST be set atleast 2psi higher than wastegate, or it will run wastegate no matter what you do, trust me. then your all set.
