EVAP system question

OK - I searched and came up nill ... my y33

My car does that stupid random jerk BS.. Theres nothing wrong anywhere. Car runs GREAT other than the jerk (random) It acts like it has a vac leak.Sounds like it too.. But It doesn't.. All the hoses are good.. But I can hear it sucking air.. loud.. So I took of the pretty cover and looked around.. I noticed the line that runs to the evap volume control solenoid is where the noise is.. From what I understand this shouldnt be sucking air at idle... Or should it?? If I pinch the hose, the hissing shuts up....

spray WD40. on areas that you think the leak is. when the liquid gets to your leak you will feel the idle up a little.

thats the thing. theres not a leak. (externally) I think the purge control valve is stuck open, and its sucking air from the charcoal canister ALL the time.... it shouldnt do it at idle
