That's a nice little list there... Personally, I would start off by looking at the components that need replacing and determine the difficulty of doing it yourself and what problems you may encounter. The EVAP canister and components book out at around 2-3 hours to replace (don't forget to include that gem in your replacement price at the dealer). From there, price out the parts, chances are if you can save about 40%, you may as well go all new. If you plan on selling the car soon, just fix the actual broken items....--Mike
