Hello all, one more for ya. So I had a P0446 code pop up which was an evap code which turned out to be a frayed wire connector. I replaced the connector thanks to the help of the dealership with parts. After I got that done I popped a P0450 code which was for pressure sensor, got it fixed at dealship today, they did a smoke test and voltage test and said everything was fine and that the connection just wasn't plugged in all the way (stupid me). So I think, okay well at least I'm good to go now, No not the case I had a P1491 code pop up now for Vacuum Cut Valve Bypass Valve right after I left the dealership. I guess my question is do you think that this needs to be replaced? Don't you think that they would have noticed this when doing their voltage test and smoke test? I don't really want to take it back but I've had enough with it.
On a side note I need to replace the Camshaft postion sensor on the passenger side (P1140 swapped sensors to ensure it was the sensor) but the dealer sent me the wrong part so now I have to wait for it til Saturday. The dealer told me that ,maybe that's why the evap code is coming up now to clear the codes after I instal the sensor and maybe it would go away. This doesnt make any sense right? Total opposite subject or am I wrong? Also I have already replaced the gas cap so that's not it.
