European GPS map update for American Quest?

Good morning. New to the forum and hoping someone can offer a bit of advice. I have a 2012 Quest LE and recently was posted to Italy. We brought the car, and now I need to update my maps so the GPS doesn't think we're still in Virginia. The Nissan dealer here had never seen a Quest before, and he doesn't know what map version/updates are needed. I also spoke to my US dealer, Nissan USA, and the HERE map people in the Netherlands. No one was able to help. Can anyone suggest a way forward? I also see Nissan Connect and Connect Premium versions of maps here. I assume my Quest has the Non-premium version, but not sure. All advice is welcome. Thanks!
