Eurolite Super Plasma Xenon Headlights

so guys, i DO like HID's and all but im not really wanting to spend the $150 on ebay when theres a chance theyll burn out or i have a hassle with a warranty. All i want is better stronger lighting. Whiter and some bluish is fne but whiter is what im aiming for, the blue doesnt really look great with the orange corners! anyways, i found some at canadian tire a pair for $25. cheap thrill or total waste? your opinions! And im not trying to immitate bmw's or mercedes just yet, if these give me a good improvement over stock im happy. thanks for your help

btw what is the bulb size for the headlights....9004? Mines a 99.5 the manual is confusing its telling me 55 watts and H26 or something i forget.
