ETC Issue

Car: 2003 M45

I have a 2003 M45. The Service Engine indicator is on. I'm told the Electronic Throttle Control actuator is at fault. The ETC is in the one-piece Throttle body, so repair requires ordering the $1000 Throttle body! Any comments/insights/suggestions?

Repair options? Ability to find a re-furbished Throttle body? Thanks :confused:

Your best bet is likely a junk yard or eBay junk yard parts seller.
