No great rush, just curious. 'Can't wait to experience the difference it's supposed to make...

You guys probably think I took the money and ran.

Well I didn't.

I am taking a break, now, but wil lget back to them in a bit.

I bit off more than I could chew this summer, and am paying dearly for it.

I had to pay a shop $350 to replace the belts and hoses on Layla, AFTER I paid a towing company $105 to tow it to the shop. What a waste!

I had the stupid belts in the trunk for weeks! If I wasn't in a hurry to close on my re-finance, and I had a socket, Iwould have replaced the stupid belt on the side of the road.

My tasks for the weekend:

1. finish the crown molding in the kitchen (25 feet).2. put up crown molding in the living room (110 feet).3. finish the stut bars & package them.4. put everybody's addresses in FedEx.com5. put up backsplash tile in kitchen (25 sq feet).

It is an ambitious list, but I am working hard, and hope not to fail.

Thanks for the understanding.

No problem whatsoever. Definately get that stuff done around the house, it's more important (IMO). Just wanted to touch base. Thanks Jeff!

Don't work too hard

Corvettes aren't cheap. Who would blame you?

It's a sad sight at the house. The Corvette is sitting next to the carport, and the brake rotors are all rusty.

All the "hats are drilled, and I should get the "tabs" drilled and cut tonight. I can then touch-up the paint.

Tuesday I can test-fit all of them, and get them boxed up for a Wednesday Fed-Ex pick-up.

I spent a lot of time re-making my jig.
