I know all about the magical search button, but I havent found anyone with a set up similar to mine, and im wondering what you guys figure I should expect, here goes:

1990 240sx sohc-170k miles-5 spd-Injen Intake-2.5" cat-back-test pipe-S&S header-ASP underdrive pulley-timing advance

I've driven several stock DOHC's and they are noticeably slower (yes, really), especially the S14's, so im betting i should be atleast over the 125-130whp mark.

looking for opinions

sorry but your car would get destroyed by a 3000gt depending on the driver my bro has an sl and it run like 15.9 and it an auto sl,but it all depends on the driver what type of fuel he's usin,IE:85 87 90,etc,it all depends on to many factors stop askin about it and go try to beat him drive you best, and good luck.;),

you should expect about low 16's

low 16's how can that be? I ran a 15.9 @ 89.4 back when I had just exhaust and a pulley on 225's at 28psi

And the reason I ask is because my friend has a 3k SL and yes ive driven it several times, and no it wasnt fast enough to "destroy" a 240 with good mods. You got to remember they're 3350lbs with FWD and no LSD.

I would go race it obviously but its being repaired, I was just curious

Add an LSD and you should win.Good tires and talented launching/shifting will probabaly also get you a win or atleast a very close run.

yeah I can take it easily off the start as its very hard for anyone to launch the 3k SL properly without smoking the front tires.

The last car I raced and beat was a 2000 Prelude 5spd, it was bone stock.. and its close to the 3k SL in the 1/4
