I really like the new Hermosa Blue paint color that Infiniti introduced for 2015, and I was just wondering out of sheer curiosity approx. how much it would cost to have my car painted this color. I also have an itchin' to get the Sport body kit... would anyone happen to know of any online retailers that have it "on sale" right now? (About to start full-time school next month so would like to not spend *too* much money...)

Unless you have a buddy who owns a body shop or know someone, you will probably spend over a couple of grand and the side skirts, front bumper for the sport model will probably run you almost two bills, some of the other bruhs will chime in as well and point you in the right direction.

For a new updated look + paint you're probably looking at $8k. A very good full car paint job is around $5k. Add in $1500 or so for the new kit, plus paint and labor, and you're likely at $8k.

Ilya is right on the money. I just got quoted $860 for new sport bumper (part plus paint). Paint job (well done) is expensive.

Aye caramba... I think I'll just leave the paint alone for now. So is $1500 likely to be the cheapest price I could find for a Sport body kit? If it makes any difference, my car is a pretty unpopular color (Harbor Blue)....

you would have to buy the parts unprimed and then get them painted. Ebay has some sport bumpers, but you need to buy the left and right Foglight finisher and the lower grille. alternatively, you can buy it off the infiniti parts website brand new for $533- the 25% off code they are running right now. you would still have to buy the lower grille and fog light finishers as well.

Are you saying the front bumper is $533? On what site?

the infiniti eSTORE, which is running a 25% off sale that would put this bumper at around $400.

you would also need to purchase the sport grille as I believe they are different...at least Infiniti lists them with 2 different part numbers if I'm not mistaken
