I have received my Espelir ESN-149 for my 97Q on June 25,07.I have installed them two days ago and ride quality is smooth as good as Eibach springs but they sit lower. I will post the pics with ESpelir on this week. I love the ride and top three spring coils don't sit on each other like the Tein springs and I'm able to push the car up/down about two inches no problem. I still have ESN-156 on the way which is for G50/President model.

Pictures of the first FOB JDM ESN-149 immagrants.

Closer look at the FOB springs.

Made specifically for FGY33 VH41DE not PY33 or MY33 VG30DE V6.

Top three spring coils are not close to each other.

Q45 lifted in the air with ESN-149.

Q45 on the ground with Espelir ESN-149 compressed . Top three coils don't sit on each other like Teins.

Picture together with Espelir saying good bye to Eibach. Looking for a good home.

There are three different series of springs based on the drop height and the performance. Active super down, Active GT, and Active R.For an example Eibach offers pro-kit for 1" to 1.25" drop and they offer sport-line which drop 2" to 2.5" depends on the applications.

Thanks for the link. So why did you order the second set of springs? Do you also have a G50?

Btw your car looks super clean.

So, what are the alignment settings now?

Nice the springs specify FGY33, which is the American Q45 parts standard.

Thanks,

I wanted to test fitment of the springs for FGY33 and G50 before I order them in to the states for the Q owners. Since they are not available in the US. I have a set of G50 springs on the way soon for anyone wants to get the first set of ESN-156 in the US.

G50 springs are little more than Y33 springs(ESN-149). G50 springs (ESN-156) should be under $350.00. I need to order minimum of 10 sets for them to ship out to the US.

Sorry, but I don't have any specs on the alignment yet. After I get the alignment I'll let you know along with the photos with ESN-149 installed.

If we get a group buy together then I will jump in on it. 350$ is fair. You should make a new topic post and see how many we can get together.

Tell us some of the pros/cons. How has ride quality been affected comparred to stock? and how has cornering / handling improved?

Thank you for taking care of my pictures. I couldn't figured it out. I do needed someone to try the first set of ESN-156 in the U.S. to test fit and feed back on the ride quality before I bring in more. So far I'm very pleased with ESN-149 (FGY33 springs) with KYB SR combo.Springs being lower than the Eibach pro-kit ride quality is smoother. It does not feel bumppy or bottom out on minor dips. elwesso if you are interested I'll e-mail you when I get the ESN-156 springs in and I'll give you a special price for you to test them out and I need your evaluation on the springs for nico members. In case if you are not happy or not satisfy with ESN-156 I will refund 100%. Is that a deal?

Perfect! Whenever you get them in, just email me.

I think id be a pretty good person to do it since Ive had the eibachs and cali-custom springs on my Q...

Are these progressive rate springs or are they linear (hoping their linear, kinda sick of my progressives)

It's kinda hard for me to say without seeing the ESN-156(G50) springs yet.If you look at the photos above of my eibach and ESN-149(Y33) they both looks like linear in the front. Rear of Eibachs are progressive.I had TEIN before and they were progressive. When I had the car on the ground, top three coils were sitting on each other that caused the coil rubbing noise from the top three coils when make turns and little bouncy. I'll let you be the judge of it.
