i saw the article for installing the ES bushings in s13's but that only covered the front. im doin the rear lca's and im stumped. anyone have any ideas? is it ok to cut the bushing in half to install it or will it mess it up? i've read of people cutting them, but theres never any follow-up so i just want to make sure

I would avoid cutting them. Try putting them in the freezer for a few hours, maybe get a little oil on them also.

too late, already cut them. talked with a few people, and i cant really see any major downside to cutting them. curious though, what would puttin them in the freezer do?

haha i do remember quite a bit of physics actually. but i dont know much about the properties of urethane. a solid aluminum bushing, say for like the subframe, i could imagine freezing. just wasnt sure about the urethane. either way, whats done is done and when i get my new bushing i'll cut that one and install just the same
