error message on my 6cd changer in a 06 m35

my 6 cd changer in my 06 m35 shows disc error on all 6 cd locations,it recieve's the cd and ejects it no problem but when it's loads it says error,can anyone help with this ...thanks

Could be the laser inside the player is malfunctioning

ok, how do i take the wood face off to get to the cd player. i found a cd player on ebay.

CD player ( Bose factory) went out on me 2 months after I bought the car. Same issue.Every CD was showing the same error. I called the dealer and they ordered a replacement head unit and swapped it out. (was under factory warranty then)I suspect it was the cheap CD label.

On my Lexus LS it was known to be a kiss of death to play a disc with a paper label in the CD changer. I believe the disc would fail to eject though.Stick to discs with labels printed with permanent marker.
