Error codes 32,33 and 34

My engine check light only comes on for about a 5 minute period, after I start driving about 10 minutes then it turns off. My ecu shows codes 32,33 and 34. Why wouldn't my light stay on all the time?

It's hard to say why the light is inconsistent. It could mean that there are loose connectors. It could be something related to heat cycling since it begins 10 minutes after you start driving, but only lasts for 5 minutes in length.

The codes are for EGR, O2 sensor, and knock sensor. You could try to check each of those to make sure their connections are working properly.

How does the ecu know when to set error code 32? Does it receive a signal from the egr/canister solenoid valve?
