err... anybody know what the heck this is?

Anybody got any clue what this is? I'm told it's a VH41DE but it looks nothing like any VH engine i have ever seen. I do recall being told that there was a later series of VH41 engine but i have never seen one. Can anybody give me a heads up?

That will be the second generation Y33 VH41DE engine, known as the USDM VH41DE.
It was made for the USA market.Some here say that is not the engine to have.
I personally find no reason why not drift the s**t out of it
