I have not delete my EGR and I pulled the plenum last weekend. We lost the bolts for the ERG (all 4 of them.) and I want to know what I could replace them with also if not have them in would make me lose Vacum.

You won't lose vacuum without them, but it will be rattling all over the place and that's usually a bad thing. You can try taking random bolts out of other things to find one that fits the threads where the egr mounts up. Shouldn't be too hard the whole engine uses just a few bolt/thread sizes.

You could delete the EGR...have you thought about doing that?

You can also order the bolts from courtesy nissan - but that is probably your most expensive route and it will take a while for them to come in. Local dealership may have the bolts, and if not, they may be able to give you the right sizes so you can pick some up at a hardware store.

6mm 1.25 pitch, not sure how long, exactly same bolt as your fender without the washers

haha oops I thought you were talking about the bolts for the EGR valve, not the tubes. Ya you definitely need them because it'd be a massive vacuum leak.

They're M6 bolts.
