er34, rb25det, manual 5spd hesitation

Hi, pls guide me. my car tend to hesitate when acelerating from 1000rpm to 2500 rpm. it hesitate stronger from 1st-3rd gear. but slightly at 4th and 5th gear. i just bought the car few mths back. i have followed the manual instructions, but still, the same case. on sometimes it works nicely with no hicups. thks guys, hope u can reply asap.

well, when i went for a 1hr plus drive, it came. before i went for an hr drive, it had the problem, but very faint. and most of the time it hesitate, wherther i slam the gas at low rpm, eg in 2nd gear pull to 4k rpm, but after past 3krpm it smooths out like normal, let go the gas and let the rpm drop till say 1500rpm, slam the gas again. it still hesitate. its really noticeable at 1st, 2nd, 3rd after i did the hr drive. could it be afm getting dirty??? thanks
