Equipment from another country

Hi All,

New member here. Just picked up a 2010 SL (plat graphite with black interior). Looking forward to reading these forums and learning more about MO. I have never done any real modifications on my cars but ordered inno roof racks for MO .

As I was searching for more accessories and I came across with Nissan Japan website and they have many more options available for MO (turn signals on side mirrors, front/back parking sensors, side camera). I am looking for parking sensor/camera for the front for easy city parking (i already have the back camera but I can not see the front).

I really do not know these things so my question to y'all is can these be ordered from Japan and be installed here? Or would you expect these to hit the US market anytime soon?
