Ok first off heres my setup then what my problem is on 1995 Hardbody Ka24e
JGS Turbo manifold
GSP GT3582 turbo
2.5" downpipe/exhaust with borla muffler
38mm wastegate currently 8psi
LUK Gold series clutch
dsm 450cc Injectors with 240sx intake swap
Stanza U12 eprom also tried my socketed s13 sohc ecu
Maxima N60 maf also have tried a n62 z32 maf made changes in tune same rich condition.
No matter what doesn't seem to take changes. Have ran k constant from 47000 down to 11 and still idles 9.8-10.6 afr. Dropped fuel pressure to zero same with multiple k constants. I know my K constant should be around 18-19000 I have tried 2 different ecus both same result. I am not getting any check engine lights. Drives but obviously extremely rich. AFR actually close in boost and pulls very hard. Mainly the driving and idle. Im down to point where about to throw an safc on it which really wanted to avoid. Considering have everything to rom tune. I have nistune on another one of my vehicles and have used to software to edit my bin and then use a moates eprom burner to burn. Have done successfully and drove many miles this way when I was NA never had an issue. Also started messing with tuner pro not real use to the software but still getting same result if make a bin file with Tuner pro. Any ideas? Input? Anything willing to try out. I really need my truck back.

IIRC, you can't just change the K constant when you change the MAFS. You have to also change the VE table so that it matches the MAFS that you're using. Have you tried a stock MAFS, and then adjust the K constant for the injectors?

Yes I did change the VE table and stock maf same issue. I even pulled maf of my other car to try same results.

Hmmm, wiring issue? Does it throw any codes?

And just to make sure, that engine uses high impedance injectors stock, right?

Yes. Using 10w 10ohm inline Drop resistors.

I'm out of idea's. It's been years since I ROM tuned anything and I don't remember enough about it to help out any more than this. Why don't you create a post in the KA engine section linking to this thread. That might get you further.
