I need new tires for my G35X 2005 and I don't know what is the difference between Yokohama Envigor and the AVID H4S. Which one will procure more funn to ride with it.
Both are between 135$ to 150$. I'm searching tires who will be good for at lest 35 000 miles and who give precision and good traction on wet or dry surface.

I put the Envigor's on my daughter's 00 Max and she has been pleased. She is in the mountains of NC and has seen a lot of snow. These replaced the H4S that she had. THey also did well.
I believe that the Envigor's are newer technology and are supposed to roll better giving better mpg too.
I ended up putting Conti DWS on my 04 Coupe in hopes of doing better in snow which they did, but I'm thinking now that the Envigors would have been better.
My coupe had Yoko S-Drives which were great! But, did nothing in the snow.
The DWS sidewalls are not nearly as stiff as the S-Drives were.....
Have been a fan of Yoko tires, but was very impressed with what I was hearing on the DWS.
If it were me, I would go with the Envigors.
When my wife's 08 X needs new tires, that's what I'm going with.

Welcome to Nico too!!
