Entry/exit function disabling?

I have bought a new 2007 PF LE (without nav) and will pick it up next week. I would like to use the seat memory feature, but do not the entry/exit function to move the seat auomatically. According to the owner's manual, the entry/exit function can be adjusted if I have the nav system. Since I wiil not have nav, it says only to see my dealer.

My question is, can I enable and disable the entry/exit function myself, or do I need to try to get the dealer to do this at delivery? If it can be done by the dealer only, what other hidden options are there?
