Entire pass airbag system & 3rd fuse replaced...need to bring it in for 4th

1st - I was told the airbag problem was "cosmetic" and then they ended up replacing the entire mechanism. Was it really operational? My son sits in that seat. I panic thinking something could have happened to him...

Is this fuse problem happening to anyone else? It's annoying as anything to go to rechage my phone and have the fuse dead.

Finally, after they replaced the airbag, I notice after I picked the car up a tiny pile of oily charcol in the automatic shifter. What is THIS?
