enthalpy w/ safc issues

has anyone else encounter this?

with the enthalpy (850cc inj) i was getting AF ratios between18-19 @ idle and low 11 to high 10s on boost. so i hooked up the afc to tune to 16-17 @ idle and 12-11s on boost but since ive hooked it up ive been running even more rich on boost with zero correction on the afc. it doesnt make sense to me so i havent made adjustment.
