enthalpy turn around time

for all that have used enthalpy how long was your turn around time?they recieved my ecm 2 1/2 weeks ago and still no ecm,i emailed 2 days ago and have had no reply,i find this funny because when i told them i wanted to send money they replied in a matter if hours.im starting to get nervous and just wanted to know how long it took for others

mine took about 2 weeks. at that time scott was sick. hes usually pretty good about it though. just be patient, your not the only guy sending him ECU's.

Yeah man dont worry youll get ecu no doubt man Enthalpy has a reputation nothing will happen they keep close relationships with all of their customers so dont worry its fine. Their just really busy sometimes you know.

Like i shipped my SR redtop #62 ECU to enthalpy on a monday usps next day and i got it back by thursday

so id say maybe 3 days for a express ship but that was my case.

Im happy with enthalpy.

i sent my ecu out and they received mine on march 3rd, i still havent received mine. i emailed him last week and today about when i should be expecting it but i still havent got a reply. i sure he is slammed though, you can expect that from someone who has a great rep with there tuning service. live in NM so it may take longer than usual to get to me. i hope he emails me back soon or even better i hope it shows up in the mail soon. anyone think i should have my ecu by now? sorry to thread jack

they recieved mine on feb 19 and still no ecm,i have emailed a week ago and have still have no reply.does any one live in the area or know them?i understand that they could be very busy but the fact that im not getting any reply from email makes me think somethings up.i dont want to talk smack. but they pride themselves on customer service and they wont email a paying customer

wow that seems pretty odd. i hope mine doesnt take that long. i mean if the web site says 2-3 day turn around then i expect that to be true. but idk whats going on over there.. hope you get it soon dude. and i hope you aint trying to make a bad name for them if your a competitor ecu tuner. ive heard of alot of this crap going around.. just saying. i know you said you wernt trying to talk crap and **** already.

no email or ecm today i emailed once more and hope i get a reply soon. if i dont get a reply or my ecm in the next week i am starting a paypal dispute this is really starting to piss me off

ok so emailed tonight and got a phone call from scott himself,my setup is n60 maxima maf and 480cc injectors and he said he needed to find a car locally to find the proper tune with similar setup. he informed me ecm will arrive on friday and is actually giving me a $100 refund. if all this pans out then i have restored faith in scott thank you for all who have replied
