i grabbed a pair of enkei mesh last night. bronze/polish lip; the bronze is getting kinda messed up and there's curb rash.

my question is: although it seems like a two piece wheel, there are no bolts holding the two pieces together. the face seems to be held in by the force from the rim. i'm wondering if it would be safe to take the face out and paint it; and if so, how do i do it (remove the face; i know how to paint)

thanks guyss

I wouldn't mess with a welded two peice wheel..send it back to enkei, and ahve them refurbish it..or find a local wheel place that can do it...

If you try doing it yourself...95% chance of screwing up your wheels.-chet
