Does anyone know what their turn around time is for an order placed? I ordered a Hotshot Header from them last Thurs and haven't received a confirmation yet. Just wondering. Thanks!

Yea, I sent them an e-mail this morning. I don't want to call unless I don't hear back from them for a couple of days.

Tust me man... one of the best on this site.

Call them up. I used to call them all the time and they are not only great sellers but very helpful in picking parts and what not.

they are very good, I ordered the aluminum driveshaft from the, considering, my car was the first car & (customer) to have the aluminum driveshaft, which was still in fabrication stage. After I placed the order I had my shaft in about a week.

Hey how do you like the drive shaft? I am replacing my Carrier and if that dam knock when going into reverse doesn`t stop I plan of getting one too.

I ordered my shocks and springs on sunday and the shocks came on thursday and I got the springs today. I thought it was a little slow because I'm in Florida too but I'm still pleased with the order. I sent an email about my springs and I got a reply the next day. I will buy from them again fasho. Go sponsors!!

I TRIED to order from them...but didnt work out...my little order of a pair of fiberglass fenders wasnt enuff for them to warrant an order from Chargespeed......I then asked the guy when could he get them.... 2 days?, 2 months?, or what....his answer was " i really don't know" thats all i needed to hear.....not very good customer service if u ask me....i had planned on ordering a body kit too....but im going elswhere, and its too bad cause they are local for me kinda....i personally wouldn't give them my seal of approval.

good luck.

DOOM out.

The only time they well be late on shippment is if the truck thats bringing them the parts is late. From my expierence they are very good on getting you the parts ASAP, they usually have them in stock but sometimes they have to reorder them and if the truck that is bringing Enjuku the parts is late, then they can't really do much about it. They are good people, call them up, they well help you out. -Shaun
