Yeah, I only deal with those guys whenever I need parts. I have been dealing with Ray ever since I bought my 240 last year. He is a terrific salesman. I have been in sales myself for 8 years now and I kinda know a good salesman when I talk to one.

Anyway I can't say enough about their customer service and just great people skills. I can call them up with any question and get a freindly answer without the whole "um yeah that's what you need..." type attitude.

I'm new to this whole thing and those guys have been great from day one. I hope they do well and are around for a long time.

Brandon

no. you obviously have a misunderstanding of this. the sr is an engine. the ka-t is an upgrade. the turbo package comes with everything you need to run a successful KA-T without buying any extras. which is why it's priced high. go try and piece together a turbo kit with fuel management, gauges, etc, and tell me what prices you come out with. i've pieced mine together and already spent about 4k, not done. a full turbokit and an engine, those are two totally different things.

i wish i had a huge 240 parts warehouse close

nearest thing i got is Mid Atlantic Motorsports in Baltimore, but they are just honda/nissan/toyota so its a "broad" shop other than that i got about a 6hour drive to Heavy Throttle

I'm not conceding mercer's point in any way, but one thing that I know to be true is that businesses that DO NOT MAKE MONEY cannot afford to provide superior customer service. Hell, they'll be lucky to be around to offer any type of support after the sale if they cannot turn a profit.

I am for a company making money as long as they are fair in their pricing, which I believe Enjuku to be. And yes, I agree wholeheartedly that their service is second to none. Cold_Zero will tell you the same thing.

hey guys, this is teddy

thanks for all the kind words everybody, glad we can continue to help and serve the 240sx community. appreciation goes a long way, and when we see threads like this it really continues to push us forward.

also, as far as the pricing goes, if any of you are finding other prices that are lower than ours, we do price match nearly all items from other reputable companies. Don't be afraid to ask, we might surprise you! Let me know you are from NICO and I'll take care of you.
rico05 wrote:I think that I am the only person to have bad sales luck with Heavy Throttle, Phase2, AND Enjuku.

Makes ordering parts hard when I refuse to do business with any of them, LOL.
rico05, I'm not sure what kind of problem you had w/ us in particular, but feel free to call us and talk to me and I'll take whatever action needed to gain you back as a customer.

anything short of giving the shop away and I'll get it taken care of.

i ordered from enjuku...they lied about having stuff in stock....and my order was OVER 2000 dollars...i had to cancel some stuff and they charged me that stupid restocking fee....but the only thing good about enjuku is there selection...ima think twice about ordering from them again...just my 2 cents...

IIRC damn near EVERY parts place has a restocking fee

if they charged you, ive got a feeling it had already left their shop or wherever it was coming from...shoulda waited
