Enjuku Racing Heater Hoses?

I bought a bunch of stuff from Enjuku including the two heater hoses in the rear of the engine. When I tried to put them on the shapes were wrong and the long one ended up being crimped between the engine and firewall. Not only that the diameter of the pipes on the engine are smaller than the two on the car. Am I doing something wrong? At this point it seems easier to just buy hoses shapes to fit rather than using the enjuku hoses that I paid $40 for.

call enjuku, very posssible thye gave you the wrong one for the wrong car.

I always bought those heater hoses from heavythrottle. Never had an issue and little trimming required. Other than that, direct bolt on.

I kept trying to get them from enjuku and they were always sold out so I ended up ordering them for XAT. I'm having the same issues with the ones I was given as well but I think I'm doing something wrong. Got a guy coming by to help me today we'll see how it turns out.

In the end I only used 1 enjuku heater hose, and I still had to make a connector piece. If I had to do it over again I would say just use the pieces you have and maybe a couple more from Kragen and you're good to go. By the way, the heater connections on the firewall are reversible right? It doesn't matter which goes to top or bottom?

OK, so if it does matter which is in and out, top or bottom? Right now I have it hooked up with it coming off the block into the bottom inlet and then out the top inlet to the manifold one. Is this wrong?

I used the enjuku hoses, had to cut 90 degree portion off one of them and they worked fine. Not worth the money though. I thought they were 100% perfect custom made hoses, but they are just oem hoses for other cars. Just look at the connections, make some measurements and get them from a parts store.
