I just want to share my experience that I had when ordering parts from enjuku.
First of all, I called in and I tried the top 2 numbers from their website and the first one was a fax so it didn't go through (DOH! no duh~!!!! its a fax number... I didnt see that lol...) 2nd number didnt go through so I was a little iffy. 3rd number worked and I talked to Ken. He was really great guy to talk to. Even tho our convo didnt last long, he answered all my questions without any kind of frustrations or making me feel rushed or anything liek that.
Second, I ordered struts and springs and he told me that it was ready to be shipped out today if everything was good to go. He e-mailed me later on in the day saying that he cannot ship it to me since my credit card address was different from my billing address so I had to get that changed on my side. After everything was cleared I e-mailed enjuku back and they told me that they will send everything out the same day.
Third, I asked them for the tracking number and they told me that UPS is going to be sending it to me but they didn't. I'm just paranoid about ordering anythign online.... So Enjuku had no problem just giving me the tracking number.
I got the shipment today which was RIGHT on time and overall, I am VERY happy customer I will surely order from them again.
