Has anyone ran into problems ordering from Enjuku? I've placed a order with them and have yet to recieve all my parts. I'm not one to rant about things, its merely a matter of customer service. On their website it states:

All orders are processed within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, unless the part is Special Order or on back-order. If part is Special Order of placed on back-order the customer will be notified VIA e-mail and the part will be shipped as soon as it is received by Enjuku Racing or when the item is taken off back order. Most orders are received by the customer with in 7-10 business days, depending on location. Most orders will be shipped via UPS ground.

I was never emailed, nor was a phone call given in reference to my order. I mean atleast they could have said," we don't have that part in stock, its on back order or something". Nor have i ever been given a UPS tracking number to show status of anything. I had to contact them to find out the status of my order. The biggest deal is that i've spent 5K with them alone this year, and it would be courteous for them to show some kind of customer support and let me know what's going on. today was the third time i called, and was told that i would be contacted back immediately, I was never called back (just like the first and second phone call). I guess it was more important to get out the door than to take care of a customer who's merely looking into their own investment. nevermind the fact that i placed the order on the 4th of this month and still haven't recieved everything. This has prolonged my project and pushed back my projected finish date by a couple weeks. I've considered shipping it all back on a matter of principal and taking my business somewhere else. I'm somewhat dispondent about the whole situation, leaving me to question what other companies out there are going to give me the shaft like this. I believe i'm a calm guy, and have waited patiently. But my patience has worn thin.

Sorry for the rant, I just had to get it out. Especially the fact that they are one of the NICO sponsors, that's what makes it worst for me.

thanks for the heads-up on this info, man. i wont speak for or against them having never done business with enjuku, but every user review of how our sponsors are treating our members is super-helpful.

guys, i would ask you to reserve making an opinion based on just the info in this thread. if anything, let the op resolve his issues with enjuku and get back to us before you do anything like spreading internet hearsay about a company you have never dealt with.

if someone from enjuku steps in and informs nico what is up, thats cool too.

what did they say when you called them? was it a big order, or mulitiple parts that they had to wait on before shipping the whole order?? lots of reasons to be backed up on shipping, they should have been better on the phones; but working at a shop, i know the kind of random stuff that comes up in daily buisness that can get in the way of call backs.

I don't want anyone to jump to a hasty conclusion about the company. My first experience with them was pleasant, and the guy that helped me out was very knowledgeable ( beginning of the year around apr or may time frame). this recent experience is what threw me for a loop.

Here's the problem, I ordered a set of brian crower std intake and exhaust valves from them. first phone call - they are on back ordersecond phone call- still on back order, will ship from brian crower directlythird phone call- I explain that brian crower is having a problem sourcing blanks for their valves and have a set of +.5mm in stock. was told we'll place the order and find out also where your oil filter relocation kit is. ( was never called back). but this is all something that they should be telling me, not vice versa.

My whole thing and have in question are:1. if not in stock why not offer alternatives ( i.e. different brand, different size, etc.)2. why did i have to notify them instead of vice versa.3. why was my complete order was delayed in getting here, and why did i have to contact them about that initially. ( order was recieved on Friday 8/23/07)4.why weren't emails sent about status5. why aren't UPS tracking number sent6. why wasn't I ever called back

I can understand that they are a big company, and I might be one of the few that fell through the crack. I'm not trying to draw any bad pubilcity for the company, everyone has to draw conclusions by their own experience not draw conclusions off mine.

they might be out of the office for the holiday, however, they are pretty much 10mins from me, I can swing by and bring this thread to their attention so they can resolve the problem.

As far as their customer service, they are great. I have been doing business with them for over 4 years now and still go back for more.

however, they have had some switching around in staff recently but they are good at holding the ball.

I ordered a set of Stance coilovers from Enjuku. Stance shipped S14 coils instead of S13, I called Enjuku, they got it fixed right away. They even gave me a heads up that the upper camber plates might be missing, which they were, and Enjuku promptly took care of that too. I thought their customer service was excellent, and that wasn't too long ago.

If you read the thread, then you would understand that i've contacted them multiple times. So, it wasnt' an initial blasting without provocation. After the third initial phone call, I escalted it to this point. To bring it to the boards. It was just a rant, and like i said i wasn't asking you to pass judgement just off my issue with the company.

I'm one of the rare people who have had a bad experience with enjuku. I basically ended up paying about $700 for one regular fidenza aluminum flywheel so they have lost my business permanently, but pretty much everyone else I've talked to speaks highly of them. I really don't see the huge problem, you're not being d!ck out of any money or product. As was mentioned above, product delays are common in small niche markets for performance parts.

I have spent approx 4500 with enjuku my customer service was pleasant although some of the parts that i ordered were infact on back order. I believe I waited approximately 1 month for my stance coils but I don't blame enjuku. They seem to be the middle man, I also ordered a set of s5 hub conversions after the month went by jason finally told me that he didn't know when the damn things were coming in. So he basically gave me circuit sports hub conversion longer studs etc. So all in all my experience was really good no complaints here it just takes a while sometimes for the parts to arrive so be patient you will get your stuff.

Btw did you try to contact brian crower directly?

yes i contacted them directly... that's the thing... I'm not supposed to have to contact them. That's defeating the purpose. If I needed to do that, i should have ordered them directly... see what i'm saying is. I wasn't contacted via email ( as stated on their site), or by phone. I had to contact them initially for my order and its where abouts. Then call them for the stuff that wasn't sent with the main order, and was simply told their on back order. ( wasn't givin a ETA or anything) then third call, I had to explain what was going on at BC instead of the other way around. and tell them that I'd like to go +.5mm because they have those instock at BC and no mods are needed, they are simply drop in. do you understand where i'm coming from here (i had to find my own alternatives instead of them being offered to me)and where my frustrations are focused. Not to come off rude or anything, just trying to explain it a little better so you'd have a better understanding of the situation.
