Does anyone know what U.S. engines fit on the s13 chas? I ask this because the 240 uses the Frontier's engine (KA) and I was wondering if the Supercharged engine will fit? Also does the 300ZX filter on the 240 really make a diffrence? I mean show me some stats!

uhhhh yeah a lot of engines fit, Sr, Ca, Rb, ka, they will all fit to an extent. Some require more modification than others. As for superchargin an engine, anything is possible with the right amount of money. As for the filter I am assuming you are referring to the furl filter. It doesnt make that much of a difference unless you are running either forced induction, or larger displacement. Also try searchin for some of the answers its all on here somewhere

I did search and thats the problem everyone is talking about the same damn engine swaps. I'm interested in these newer engines and the one in the supercharged 2004 Nissan Frontier (VG or something). I'm not asking if the KA can be supercharged or do I care about the Jap engines, read my post more carefully.

as always.... money is your primary limit and time second. With enough money and time anything is possible.

Ive heard of few VG30DETT swaps (not sure if it was ever successful tho..) Iv heard of people trying to swap 2JZ into a 240...

and theres your usual with SR, CA, RB

Never heard of anyone swaping the SCed frontier engine in a 240 but like I said with enough fabrication, money, and time Im sure its possible but with that much effort, might as well as do something more useful like RB....

anything can be done with the right amount of money. im sure the electrical systems have evolved greatly between now and the s13's so the frontier would not be an easy swap. you would probably be able to put an rb26dett with less cost than a new frontier engine. i just dont see the performance value being worth the cost when u can get a better engine for less money with huge aftermarket support. the shock value would be nice but since you are interested in a supercharger u want power and that doesnt seem to be the wisest choice

I did the it carefully smart a**, you didnt specify which supercharged engine you were referring too or not to include the japnese motors. With an attitude like that I wouldn't expect to get much help here. You asked the question people are answering. You should be thankful for any information since obviously you dont know either.
