I don't suppose you know much about engines? Sounds like you've done a lot of work to it though. We can't help you because we know nothing of the actual problem, other than "it won't start." With that kind of description, my diagnosis would start with something like "have you tried turning the key?"
All jokes aside, try to fill out the following:
Does it have spark? And, where/how did you check for spark
Does it have fuel pressure present at the rail when the ignition is on?
How sure are you the cams are installed correctly?
Do you have battery power at the starter?
Does it turn over, but not start, or not even turn over?
Any fuses blown/not installed?
Battery cables properly connected, power AND ground side?
