I recently installed a cobra MAF and now the car won't run when it is cold. I start the car and it revs to 2000 RPM and then slowly dies . Once the car runs for awhile (IE driveng it) it warms up and idles fine. Any ideas what is cuasing this?

It doesn't sound like MAF problem to me. Have you done any other maintenance to the motor? Perhaps a bad Idle Air control valve. Is your TPS set properly? I'm just shooting in the dark here.

Solved the problem. The problem was because I upgraded to the cobra MAF it was sending different readings to the ecu. The car was not getting enought fuel. I also installed a split second PSC1 air/fuel ratio calibrator. I just got back from Cybernation in FT. Lauderdale. They prgrammed the car and now it runs great. it is currently putting down 216 WHP at 215 lbs of torque. I still have to go back for one more session to fine tune it but those guys are awsome. I probably will upgrade the system to their own calibrator. They have a guy there named Lee that has desighned his own software and piggy back computer that is out of this world. They currently have a Civic pushing 566 whp running 550cc injectors at 30lbs of boost all on the stock computer. They programmed it using there own piggy back system Lee desighned. If any of you guys live in South Florida and are looking for a good tuner shop with a dyno then these are the guys to see.
