My engine doesn't feel like revving over 3k rpm in all gears.When I rev a little over 3k rpm in a certain gear, the engine gets REALLY LOUD and I can feel the gas pedal vibrate more than usual. What could be the problem?
It's a ka24e, and please don't suggest me to swap a ESSAR.

did you over rev this engine at all?...have you had any issues minor or major before you posted this here?...it sounds like you have a out of balance issue with sumpin..like maybe drive line..flywheel..transmission..crank..bent rod..spun bearing..dead cylinder..the possiblilitys can be endless..we really need some background info on how the engine was driven before the issue happend..and were there any funny sounds when it started...
