Engine wiring harness plug under the dash covered in foam?
I can't find for the life of me what this connects to. There is a plug attached to the upper engine control harness that's under the dash. It's one of 4 plugs, the other 3 (ECU, relay, dash harness? - the one with a triangular lock) are plugged in, and the car runs okay, but not great. The last plug (the foam wrapped one) is unplugged, and I can't find what it goes to for anything!

are you getting signal to you gauges like rpm, engine temp and gas lever if you dont thats the plug you have
or maybe it the little one in the back near where the harness enters the car
