engine vibrates at idle only

Hello everyone I'm new to the nissan pickup scene not used to all the import things on the truck I have a 86 nissan 720 4x4 that seems to run fine except the engine vibrates or shakes at idle only once u run it passed 5mph it stops any clues carb is rebuilt vacuum lines are fine I just did the oil change,oil filter, fuel filter, plug wires, spark plugs, coils

Mine does the same thing, especially cold. It seems to me the computer changes the timing and maybe the fuel mixture too at curb idle but I'm no expert, I have the TBI (Z24i). As you say with just a little increase in RPMs it smooths out, so I have decided to not worry about it. Motor mounts could be a issue. I'll check mine.

Motor mounts are an idea... but I had the same issue one day a long time ago and it ended up being a vac line that was hidden under the air box.
